Steps to prepare Yuskin GFC
1. Blood Collection
Collect 4 ml of blood in each vacutainer provided in pack.
2. Platelet Activation
Gently invert the vacutainer 6 to 10 times and then keep it upright for 30 mins.
This allows Wockhardt’s proprietary chemical activator to activate the platelets.
3. GFC Separation
Counter balance the vacutainers and centrifuge the vacutainers at 3400rpm for 10 mins.
4. GFC Collection
Invert the vacutainer so the GFC can be collected at its cap through a needle.
For maximum recovery, insert the needle’s tip to enter beneath the cap.
5. GFC Injection
Pure, acellular, autologous growth factors are now ready to inject.

Precautions after using Yuskin
General post procedural precautions need to be followed. Any other precautions advised by treating doctor have to be noted. Like, no shower or any activity that might cause perspiration for atleast 8 hours after the treatment, no sunbathe for atleast 1 or 2 days after the treatment, no scratching or rubbing of face for 6 hours after the procedure. Try keeping yourself away from the dusty and polluted environment for a day etc. Mild inflammation, redness, swelling & pain can happen in the treatment area. These side effects usually subside in a few hours to a few days.
What are the potential side effects of Yuskin?
Since GFC is pure and does not contain any RBCs or WBCs (unwanted cells), risk of pain and inflammation due to GFC itself is minimal. The reactions are generally injection related and have a mild to moderate impact. These usually resolve in 7 days or less.
